I work organically and not to set times, though most readings are a minimum of 30 to 40 minutes.   With mediumship readings, spirit may choose to communicate for longer than an hour.   So I charge by the session rather than set times.

No.  Spirit do not communicate on matters of gambling, pregnancy, sex of child or health matters of a diagnostic nature.  Not only is this unethical but it's illegal.
